Health information and online forms
Do not submit urgent concerns or detailed medical information through general website forms, standard email, or website chat. These channels are not designed for emergency care or comprehensive clinical intake.
When Nuvida receives protected health information in a context governed by applicable health-privacy law, that information is handled according to applicable requirements and any separate privacy notice provided for the relevant care relationship.
How information may be shared
Nuvida may share information with service providers that support website hosting, analytics, communications, customer relationship management, scheduling, payment processing, security, professional services, and care coordination. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a permitted business transaction.
Linked providers and platforms operate under their own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information directly to them.
Cookies, analytics, and connected forms
This website uses necessary browser storage and platform services to operate core features. It also includes Manus-provided analytics for basic traffic and website-performance measurement. Nuvida has not added Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel to the website code at this time.
The Request More Info experience is an embedded HighLevel form. When the form is opened, HighLevel may use local storage, session storage, security services, and third-party technologies configured within the HighLevel account. During a September 2026 audit, the form loaded HighLevel infrastructure, Cloudflare security services, Google-hosted resources, and Meta’s browser library. Nuvida does not intentionally send detailed medical information through website analytics and asks visitors not to enter urgent concerns or detailed clinical information in the general inquiry form.
Browser settings may allow you to limit cookies or storage. Blocking connected services may prevent the request form or security checks from functioning. Review this policy and the notices shown with the form before submitting information.
Data security and retention
Nuvida uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including legal, operational, security, and recordkeeping needs.
Your choices
You may request to review, correct, or delete certain personal information, unsubscribe from promotional email through the message instructions, reply STOP to opt out of eligible text messages, or ask questions about privacy by contacting Nuvida. You may choose not to open or submit the connected HighLevel form and instead contact Nuvida by phone or email. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction and the nature of the information.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Nuvida does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this general website experience. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact Nuvida.
External links and changes
This website may link to independent scheduling, communication, payment, pharmacy, laboratory, or informational services. Nuvida is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent websites. This policy may be updated periodically, and the effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
